Problems with colleges

Problems:

• Classes weren’t research oriented
• Feedback was inconclusive
• Outputs > Outcomes
• Learning wasn’t cognitive
• Rote and not exploratory

A radical difference exists between real scenarios and what college makes us go through. The system does not prepare you for how things are done in real scenarios.

If college was a safe space to explore and experiment we would gain a lot more experience and might end up doing cooler things than you think!

College should be the safest place to take the highest risks, like you might never be able to do in reality and might be the biggest lessons you learn! College now is the safest space where we follow whatever is being said and not much room for experiments.

Taking risks or experimenting generates ideas, outcomes, experiences and opportunities, will help 👇

Allow you to be independent and will teach you how to solve your own problems and build things to help everyone around you
